Support Groups
Senior Support Groups
The Center for Successful Aging offers 16 various groups for seniors in our community. Some groups focus on supporting caregivers specifically and others general support.
Support groups are co-led by trained and supervised volunteer group facilitators
Most groups are open to the community (some are held in residential communities)
All groups are free of charge and open to any senior 50 years and older
Support groups are open to anyone caring for a senior
If you are interested in joining one of these groups, please contact us at (805) 898-8080
